Our main concern is to ensure the further improvement of the services provided, while constantly adapting our existing services to the Telecommunications Service Providers’ needs and developing new ones which can meet their needs even better, in conjunction with processing their requests more effectively.
To ensure all of the above, two Directorates have been established:
- Commercial Operations Directorate: Its organization is based on two pillars, one stop service and one stop monitoring of Telecommunications Service Providers. A fundamental tool for implementing its policy is the establishment and strengthening of the institution of the Telecommunications Service Providers Manager.
- Product and Services Development Directorate: It is aimed at developing and managing existing and new services provided to Telecommunications Service Providers, as well as to prepare and track Strategy and commercial policy.
