As part of its obligations as a Universal Service Provider and in an effort to provide end users and Telecommunications Service Providers with high quality services, OTE issues the printed Integrated Telephone Directory (ITD).

The Integrated Telephone Directory lists subscribers of all Providers of landline and mobile telephony services, provided that they have not objected to being listed. The collection of subscriber details and their accuracy (including spelling) is the exclusive responsibility of the provider they belong to.

The Integrated Telephone Directory is issued on an annual basis and covers the entire territory of Greece, including a total of 19 volumes:
